How does it work?
A simple and refined process
Once the gift voucher amount has been determined and the delivery method chosen, the voucher is sent directly to the recipient. Select "electronic delivery by email" for a digital version, or "delivery in envelope" for a physical gift voucher. Payment is made securely by credit card or PayPal.
The recipient can then book an appointment at our showroom. Accompanied by one of our tailors, they will select the fabric, define the style and finishes, before the meticulous measurements that guarantee a flawless fit.
Three weeks later, the bespoke piece is completed and presented in carefully designed packaging. An email and SMS notification invites the recipient to a second fitting appointment, a special moment when we ensure that every detail perfectly matches their expectations.
